Handing it to an agent

Whatever you built, something that is not a person is going to read it. Atlas is written on the assumption that this is normal.

Every page on this site has a Markdown alternate at the same URL plus index.md, advertised in the HTML as rel=alternate. llms.txt is the concise index; llms-full.txt is the entire corpus in one fetch when context is cheap and a round trip is not.

docs/agents.md is the grounding guide: what order to read things in, which package to reach for, what is safe to mutate, and how to verify. Point an agent there first and it will stop guessing at APIs.

In a repository, atlas docs <package> prints the canonical source to stdout, and @atlas/mcp exposes docs.list and docs.read as always-on tools — with or without an application context. On the desktop side, every template ships an AGENTS.md describing its own layering and the traps that look like bugs.
